Sounds & words

What is eurythmy?
Eurythmy is an artistic movement form in which sound, words, rhythm, melody and feeling become visible through the body. It is conscious movement with attention for yourself, others and the space around you.
Simply explained
In eurythmy, you do not simply move to music. With your body, you express what you hear, feel and experience inwardly. A sound, word or melody receives form through gestures, direction, rhythm and space.
It is not about dancing perfectly, but about moving consciously and becoming visible in your own way.
